- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2017-05-15, by Judith RobertsI took a film into Boots to be processed, didn't have a clue what was on it but was quite disappointed when it came back that they'd had a technical problem and the photos were spoilt. I went to see the manager, Sarah, who was very helpful and friendly. I did feel sorry for her as the situation was totally out of her control as they send the photos away. She dealt with the situation very professionally and in a friendly manner and was very apologetic.
